Carlo Gavazzi is your source in Canada for Lovato contactors and overload relays. These high quality contactors are available in three or four pole versions with up to 4 auxillary contacts. They are frequently used for switching motors, heaters, and lighting. With coil voltages up to 600V and contact ratings up to 400 HP (550 Amps), they are suitable for most applications. Complete enclosed or open direct online starters are also available.

Overloads can be attached directly or they can be used stand-alone. Reset can be manual or automatic. Overloads are available for single or three phase applications. The three phase types will also detect a single phasing.

Our Range Comprises

  • 3 or 4 pole versions.
  • Contact ratings up to 420 Amps (AC3), 550 Amps (AC1).
  • Auxillary contacts can be added (4 for BG Series, 8 for BF series, 12 for B Series.
  • All models CSA and/or cULus approvals.
  • Coils are available for AC or DC voltages.
  • Special coil voltages are available on request.
  • Three pole reversing contactors.
  • Special versions available for switching capacitors in power factor correction applications.
  • Definite purpose contacts for HVAC and OEM applications.
