HF2

The HF2 clean air ovens incorporate all the special features needed for high temperature cleanroom work: a seam welded, Type 304 stainless steel interior, including two stainless steel shelves, rapid heat recovery, and two separate LED digital displays for time and temperature that show setpoint or up-to-the-second process information. The PID (Proportional Integral Differential) controller provides 24-step ramp and soak, 0.1°C control, and multiple levels of operator access. A sealed membrane touch-pad control panel protects the controllers.

Adjustable 3 air intake and exhaust ducts are easily removed for cleaning, and allow use of either room or recirculated air. A nitrogen inlet port for purging is standard to prevent contamination. With 3 1 / 2 " of high-temperature, wrap-around insulation and a high-temperature silicone rubber door seal. Punched stainless steel shelves adjustable on 1 / 2 " centers. Filter may be weakened if oven is operated above 200°C.
