Temperature and Process Controllers

Carlo Gavazzi feature a comprehensive line of single loop temperature controllers for use on  plastics and packaging machinery, food processing, semiconductor manufacturing, and for scientific and medical equipment (sterilizers, etc).

All models feature PID auto-tuning and many also feature  self-tuning  - which continuously monitors the process and adjusts the control parameters to suit the conditions. We also offer ramp soak controllers.

Our Temperature Controller Range Comprises

• 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 single loop controllers.
• User programmable inputs.
• Various control outputs (analogue and digital).
• Available with RS485 communication for remote monitoring via a PC or PLC.
• Some models feature a programmable ramp/soak function (up to 4 segments).
• Software is available for controller setup and for process monitoring.
